释义	法律分析： “防守三秒”规定是指防守球员站在三秒区内防守时，如果裁判认定他“并没有去防守到任何一位特定的进攻球员”时，那么这位防守球员就不能呆在三秒区里超过三秒钟，如果继续呆在三秒区，就会被视为是“防守三秒违例”，由进攻队获得一次罚球机会，并继续保有进攻权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国体育法》第二条体育工作坚持以开展全民健身活动为基础，实行普及与提高相结合，促进群众体育与竞技体育协调发展的方针。
