有食品经营许可证可以自己做食品卖吗

法律分析：那要看你准备在哪里，以什么形式售卖。一般的食品经营许可证，只是允许当事人在许可证上登记的地址，进行合法的食品经营活动，且不能超许可项目经营。网上经营食品，必须要领取入网食品经营许可证。
法律依据：《食品经营许可管理办法》
第二条 在中华人民共和国境内，从事食品销售和餐饮服务活动，应当依法取得食品经营许可。
食品经营许可的申请、受理、审查、决定及其监督检查，适用本办法。
第九条 申请食品经营许可，应当先行取得营业执照等合法主体资格。
