释义	法律分析: 保管人没有任意解除权，双方对保管期限没有约定的，保管人可以随时请求寄存人领取保管物，但是不能随时解除合同。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百九十九条寄存人可以随时领取保管物。当事人对保管期限没有约定或者约定不明确的，保管人可以随时请求寄存人领取保管物；约定保管期限的，保管人无特别事由，不得请求寄存人提前领取保管物。
