释义	法律主观：一般而言，赠与人在赠与财产权利转移之前，都可以随时撤销赠与，但在赠与财产权利转移之后，即已经完成赠与行为，因发生纠纷需要撤销赠与合同的，要注意以下时间。1、赠与人的撤销权，自知道或应当知道撤销原因之日起一年内行驶。如赠与人发现受赠人不再履行合同约定义务的，要自发现或应当发现之日起一年内，到法院起诉，要求撤销赠与合同，返还赠与财产。若逾期不予起诉的，法院不再予保护。2、赠与人或法定代理人的撤销权，自知道或者应当知道撤销原因之日起六个月内行使。
