释义	工伤保险没有个人账户，辞职后保险自动解除。养老保险有个人账户，身份证号就是帐号，辞职后可以有三种处理方式：一是停止交费，形成缴费年限中断，个人账户积累停止，但只要时间不长对今后影响不大；二是由个人全额缴纳，即不中断缴费把过去连同企业缴纳的部分一并自己缴纳，但这样个人负担较重不太合算；三是如果到外地谋职可以办理保险转移手续，到新的就业地区。不管哪种方法，找到新的工作单位按原帐号继续缴费即可，不用补交，但就是不能退。法律依据《工伤保险条例》第七条
