山东省企业工资支付规定 |
| 释义 |
第一条为规范企业工资支付行为，维护劳动者依法取得劳动报酬的权利。
第二条本省行政区域内的企业工资支付及监督管理，适用本规定。
第三条企业工资分配应当遵循按劳分配原则，实行同工同酬；企业工资支付应当遵循诚实信用原则，以货币形式按时足额支付。
第四条县级以上人民政府应当加强对企业工资支付工作的领导，建立工资支付动态监测预警机制，及时解决企业工资支付中的突出问题。
第五条县级以上人民政府劳动保障行政部门负责本行政区域内企业工资支付的监督管理工作。财政、国资、建设、经贸、税务、工商行政管理、审计、统计等有关部门按照各自职责，做好企业工资支付相关的监督管理工作。
第六条工会组织依法对企业的工资支付行为实施监督，有权对企业的违法行为提出改正意见或者向劳动保障行政部门提出处理建议，支持和帮助劳动者维护其合法权益。
第七条劳动保障行政部门应当建立企业工资支付违法行为的举报处理制度，公开举报电话、信箱或者电子邮件地址等。
拓展资料：省人民政府根据国家有关规定，结合本省经济社会发展水平和劳动力供求状况，制定本省企业工资宏观调控政策，发布最低工资标准和工资指导线。
【法律依据】：《山东省企业工资支付规定》第十九条：企业应当编制工资支付表，记载工资支付对象姓名、支付时间、支付项目、加班工资、应发金额、扣除项目、实发金额和劳动者签名等事项。
