问题	什么是专利权纠纷
释义	专利纠纷是有关专利的争执。可表现为在专利申请过程中发生的争执和在专利申请被批准后所发生的争执。后一种争执主要表现为因专利权的行使、维护、转让、许可而引起的争执。对专利纠纷，当事人可要求专利管理机关处理，也可向法院提起诉讼。有些专利纠纷法律规定只能由专利管理机关处理，不得向法院起诉。法律依据《专利法》第十二条
