核桃树征地补偿新标准是什么? |

国家征用土地的果树赔偿标准，每亩最多不超过8万元(含8万)。鲜果类果树(如苹果，桃，李，杏树等)。树龄小于2年的，每株补偿30元;树龄2年以上(含2年)，每株补偿60元;树龄3-6年以内(含6年)每株280元;树龄6年-40年以内(含40年)450元/株;树龄在40年以上的350元/株。
核桃树处于幼苗期的一般按种植成本计算损失，已达收获期的、那就按整个经济效益期几十年计算损失了。种植1~4年为幼苗期、5~8年为初产期、9~15年为盛产期、16年及以上就相应为丰产稳产期了，计算30年收益就不是小数目了，新近个别鉴定机构实际按10~15年纯收益计算损失，丰产稳产期每棵年纯收益约为600元左右。
一、征地果树赔偿标准
征地果树的赔偿标准为：一般来说都是按棵树赔偿的，但是也有按亩数补偿的，品种不同、规格不同，赔偿标准就不同，而国家并没有一个统一的赔偿标准，一般是由各地政府参照各自情况制定一个赔偿标准。以苹果树为例，初果期平均每株补偿90-210元、盛果期平均每株补偿210-1200元、衰果期平均每株补偿600元。
二、桃树赔偿标准
如桃树之类的果树等地上物需要根据树龄、是否在盛果期等因素来估算。菜地、大棚要看年产值，大棚还要补偿地上物的建筑重置成本。如果桃树是在培育期(1-3年)平均每株补偿5-45元;初果期(4-8年)平均每株补偿45-144元;盛果期(9-20年)平均每株补偿144-360元;衰果期21年以上平均每株补偿180元。
