隐瞒婚姻事实与他人恋爱犯法么

如果对方有事实婚姻而与其已有夫妻之实并住在一起属于重婚罪，是违法的，但仅仅是谈恋爱并且没有经济和身体上的接触那么仅仅算道德谴责并不会构成违法犯罪。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第二百五十八条 有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
