请假完要销假吗 -法律知识

法律分析：
如果工作了一般也不需要，除非公司或者单位有明确规定。
请假期满或规定的假期满向主管的人或所在的单位、学校报到 (一)病假 因疾病（因公致残或患职业病者除外)必须治疗和休养的，可以请病假。
因本人或家庭有紧急事务需要处理的，可以请事假。公假 领导干部因公出差（出访)，可以请假。
法律依据：
《关于国营企业职工请婚丧假和路程假问题的通知》 第一条 职工本人结婚或职工的直系亲属(父母、配偶和子女)死亡时，可以根据具体情况，由本单位行政领导批准，酌情给予一至三天的婚丧假。
