释义	法律分析：公司注销时公章是要销毁的，因此公司注销后公章是没有法律效益的。企业注销时，原公章是由制发机关制发的，交由制发机关销毁，没有制发机关的，企业可自行销毁。公安机关不受理注销企业的公章销毁。法律依据：《国务院关于国家行政机关和企事业单位社会团体印章管理的规定》第二十四条国家行政机关和企业事业单位、社会团体的印章，如因单位撤销、名称改变或换用新印章而停止使用时，应及时送交印章制发机关封存或销毁，或者按公安部会同有关部门另行制定的规定处理。
