【法律意见】 1，如果你是要求赔偿的一方，当然是单位的责任，因为经办人和审核人都是职务行为，产生的后果有所代表的单位承担。 2，如果你是经办人或是审核人，单位要你承担责任，那么要看你们的过错了。当然手签的效力最强，责任是不好推卸的。私章如果有 证据 证明是被别人私用，那责任就很小了，打印的名字没有法律效力。 如果单位的单子都是象如上的说法，都是那样做的，并盖有单位公章，你没有没有审核上的过失，并且所从事的工作不违法。那就由单位承担责任。你没有过错。
