释义	法律规定不能结婚的主体是：直系亲属之间、三代以内的旁系血亲之间都是禁止结婚的；未到婚龄的人不能结婚，即男生法定的结婚年龄是需满二十二周岁，女生法定结婚年龄是不得早于二十周岁；已经有配偶且与配偶没离婚的，不能再与他人登记结婚。法律依据: 《民法典》第一千零四十七条结婚年龄，男不得早于二十二周岁，女不得早于二十周岁。第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。
