释义	可通过以下步骤无效对方的专利：自公告授予专利权之日起，任何单位或者个人认为该专利权的授予不符合有关规定的，可以请求专利复审委员会宣告该专利权无效。专利复审委员会对请求应及时审查和作出决定，通知请求人和专利权人。对宣告专利权无效或者维持专利权的决定不服的，可以自收到通知之日起三个月内向人民法院起诉。《中华人民共和国专利法》第四十五条自国务院专利行政部门公告授予专利权之日起，任何单位或者个人认为该专利权的授予不符合本法有关规定的，可以请求专利复审委员会宣告该专利权无效。
