释义	罪犯保外就医要不要交钱依据最高人民法院的相关解释规定，保外就医是需要交纳一定费用的，治疗的费用由负有扶养责任的亲属支付。《罪犯保外就医执行办法》第十三条罪犯保外就医期间的生活和医疗费用,由其负有扶养义务的亲属负担;个别确有困难的,经当地公安机关证明,监狱、劳改队、少管所可以酌情予以补助。因公致残或者因意外伤残的罪犯保外就医的,由监狱、劳改队、少管所负责治疗,也可以给予定期或者一次性补助。
