释义	法律分析：冥婚，又名阴婚，从字面上可了解，这是一种专为死者找配偶的习俗，对象多为未婚先故的少男少女。配阴婚，是指为死了的人找配偶。配阴婚本身属封建迷信，不构成违法犯罪。但是如果为了配阴婚而盗窃尸体则构成违法或者犯罪，涉嫌侮辱、盗窃尸体。或者从事封建迷信活动中从中牟利、危害社会等，就是违法。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百零二条盗窃、侮辱、故意毁坏尸体罪，具体为盗窃、侮辱、故意毁坏尸体、尸骨、骨灰，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。
