释义	法律分析：一般的民事案件，只要委托了律师，本人是不用再去法院提交资料或者参与开庭的。但是比如离婚案件，当事人本人必须到庭参加诉讼。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第六十二条离婚等涉及人身关系的案件当事人开庭时需要出庭。诉讼案件可以委托律师等诉讼代理人代理，向律师等出具授权委托书，注明委托权限，一般案件当事人可以不出庭，而由律师代理出庭。但对离婚等涉及人身关系需要本人出庭的案件，在开庭时当事人本人是需要出庭的，对其他事务可以由律师代理。
