释义	举报可以采用书面、口头、电话的形式提出。要如实举报，举报内容要事实求是，不得弄虚作假。人民检察院控告检察部门或者举报中心统一受理报案、控告、举报、申诉和犯罪嫌疑人投案自首。《刑事诉讼法》第一百一十二条规定，人民法院、人民检察院或者公安机关对于报案、控告、举报和自首的材料，应当按照管辖范围，迅速进行审查，认为有犯罪事实需要追究刑事责任的时候，应当立案；认为没有犯罪事实，或者犯罪事实显著轻微，不需要追究刑事责任的时候，不予立案，并且将不立案的原因通知控告人。控告人如果不服，可以申请复议。
