释义	法律分析：无效。营业执照一年不检就会在年底前被吊销，工商信息是全国联网的，执照被吊销后企业法人会自动进入黑名单,在全国范围内都不能在3年以内担任任何企业的法定代表人。法律依据：《个体工商户条例》第二十四条在个体工商户营业执照有效期内，有关行政机关依法吊销、撤销个体工商户的行政许可，或者行政许可有效期届满的，应当自吊销、撤销行政许可或者行政许可有效期届满之日起5个工作日内通知登记机关，由登记机关撤销注册登记或者吊销营业执照，或者责令当事人依法办理变更登记。
