释义	法律分析：儿童不可以做暑期工。因为我国法律规定禁止招收童工，未满16周岁还算童工的范畴。招用童工的处罚如下： 1、使用童工从事营利性生产劳动的，每使用一名童工，罚款600元到1200元； 2、使用童工从事家庭服务性劳动的，每使用一名童工，罚款300元到600元； 3、父母或者其他监护人允许少年、儿童做童工，经批评教育仍不改正的，罚款300元到600元。法律依据：《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》第三十八条任何组织或者个人不得招用未满十六周岁的未成年人。
