释义	法律分析: 看守所不收精神病。看守所收押人犯，应当进行健康检查，患有精神病或者急性传染病的；患有其他严重疾病，在羁押中可能发生生命危险或者生活不能自理的，但是罪大恶极不羁押对社会有危险性的除外，不予收押。《看守所管理条例》第十条看守所收押人犯，应当进行健康检查，有下列情形之一的，不予收押：（一）患有精神病或者急性传染病的；（二）患有其他严重疾病，在羁押中可能发生生命危险或者生活不能自理的，但是罪大恶极不羁押对社会有危险性的除外；（三）怀孕或者哺乳自己不满一周岁的婴儿的妇女。
