释义	法律分析：如果法院已经给用户开庭传票直接去找开庭传票上的法官询问，如果时间不急也可以等，法院会向用户邮寄或通知用户领取撤诉裁定书。撤诉后如果纠纷还没有解决，可以再次起诉。起诉没有时间间隔限制，即法院裁定准许撤诉后，即可以再次起诉。但是对于离婚案件，撤诉后，没有新情况、新理由，六个月内起诉的，法院将不予受理。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于适用中华人民共和国民事诉讼法的解释》第二百一十四条原告撤诉或者人民法院按撤诉处理后，原告以同一诉讼请求再次起诉的，人民法院应予受理。
