释义	跨省追捕特指一些地方政府利用手中的职权对身处另一省份的利用网络发帖行使自身权利的公民进行抓捕的行动。对需要追究刑事责任的在逃犯罪嫌疑人都要进行抓捕，不会分哪类刑事案件的。法律依据：《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第二百六十五条应当逮捕的犯罪嫌疑人如果在逃，公安机关可以发布通缉令，采取有效措施，追捕归案。县级以上公安机关在自己管辖的地区内，可以直接发布通缉令;超出自己管辖的地区，应当报请有权决定的上级公安机关发布。通缉令的发送范围，由签发通缉令的公安机关负责人决定。
