驾驶证异地注销吗 |

驾驶证注销不能在异地注销，只能在发证车管所注销；如果增驾C1及以下驾驶证可以在异地增驾，如果是增驾B2以上驾驶证，则必须回初次领证地增驾。驾驶证注销迁移
1、驾驶证注销不能在异地注销，只能在驾驶证核发地的车管所办理注销。但是如果人在异地，不方便到驾驶证核发地办理注销的话，可以先到当地的车管所办理驾驶证的转入，将驾驶证转到当地后，再直接办理注销。
2、迁移驾驶证需要驾驶证已经过了实习期，并且要有转入地的户口或者当地的居住证。同时，驾驶证名下不能有罚款未缴纳。办理时到转入地的车管所申请，需要的资料有身份证、驾驶证、体检报告、一寸白底免冠正面近照三张、居住证（非当地户口才需要）。一般一天内就可以拿到新证了，最多不会超过一个礼拜。等拿到新的驾驶证后，就可以在当地办理驾驶证的注销了。代办注销如果本人无法亲自办理，可委托亲友办理，需出具委托书，且驾驶证申请表上必须有本人的签字方可办理。申请注销的需提供的材料
1、《机动车驾驶证申请表》；
2、机动车驾驶人的身份证明及复印件；
3、机动车驾驶证；
4、《机动车驾驶证申请表副表》。注销程序：
1、到车辆管理所驾驶证业务受理窗口领取和填写《机动车驾驶证申请表》
2、提交有关材料和证明
3、领取注销证。
