释义	法律分析：货车超载处高于二百元，低于五百元的罚款。载重量超过核定载重量百分之三十，或违反规定的，处高于五百元，低于二千元的罚款。运输单位车辆经处罚仍不更换的，对直接负责的主管人员处高于二千元，低于五千元的罚款。驾驶超过核定载货量百分之三十的货车，或者是违反规定载客的，扣六分。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第四十九条机动车载人不得超过核定的人数，客运机动车不得违反规定载货。
