释义	法律分析: 是犯法。行为人前后两次婚姻都是法定婚的，是典型的重婚罪；如果前一次是法定婚，后一次是事实婚，也以重婚论；但前一次是事实婚，后一次是法定婚，或前后两次都是事实婚的，不构成重婚罪。所谓事实婚是指男女双方没有进行结婚登记，而对外以夫妻名义长期共同生活，并且其他人也以为他们是夫妻关系的情形。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶，而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
