释义	复印件通常情况是不具有证明力的，但是如果有其它证据证明其与原件一致，能形成相应的证据链，那么其便具有一定的法律效力。还有一种情况，对方认可该复印件的法律效力且在复印件上签字，此时，复印件与原件的效力便无差别了。根据法律规章，只要合同双方达成一致，签订合同后，合同即成立，之后合同原件丢失的，不会影响合同的成立或法律效力。只是如果以后因履行合同产生纠纷而需向法院起诉时，根据证据举证规则，如果对方对合同复印件不认可的，则丢失方因不能提供合同原件，会对其主张权利产生不利影响。
