青少年能办银行卡嘛 |

未成年人是可以办理银行卡的。16周岁以下的，需要父母陪同去银行办理。同时父母需要带上身份证，到银行大厅，找业务经理办理即可。16周岁以上的，可自己带着自己的身份证直接去银行大厅找业务经理办理。
办理银行卡需注意的事情：
1、办理首次开户必须本人亲自前往银行网点，且不能代理开户；
2、如果名下仅有一张卡的话，还可以提出减免银行卡年费的申请；
3、行为人在年满十八周岁前后实施了同种犯罪行为，应当根据未成年人犯罪事实的具体情况，适当确定从宽的幅度。但因未成年犯罪所减少的刑罚量不得超过未成年犯罪事实所对应的刑罚量；
4、注意查询银行卡的相关服务是否开通，比如短信提醒、快捷支付、手机银行、网银等，如果需要购买理财、基金，还需要当场做一次风险测评。
法律依据：《银行卡业务管理办法》第二十八条
个人申领银行卡储值卡除外，应当向发卡银行提供公安部门规定的本人有效身份证件，经发卡银行审查合格后，为其开立记名账户；凡在中国境内金融机构开立基本存款账户的单位，应当凭中国人民银行核发的开户许可证申领单位卡；银行卡及其账户只限经发卡银行批准的持卡人本人使用，不得出租和转借。
