释义	法律分析: 身份证并不会消磁,身份证里采用的是非接触式IC技术,没有磁性,所以也就不存在“消磁”的说法。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国身份证法》第五条十六周岁以上公民的居民身份证的有效期为十年、二十年、长期。十六周岁至二十五周岁的，发给有效期十年的居民身份证；二十六周岁至四十五周岁的，发给有效期二十年的居民身份证；四十六周岁以上的，发给长期有效的居民身份证。未满十六周岁的公民，自愿申请领取居民身份证的，发给有效期五年的居民身份证。
