释义	法律分析：士官退出现役后，初级士官作复员安置；服现役满十年的中级士官、高级士官作转业安置，本人要求复员，并经组织批准，也可以作复员安置，入伍前是农村户口的，可以转为城镇户口。服现役满三十年或者年满五十五岁的高级士官作退休安置，根据地方需要和本人自愿也可以作转业安置。丧失工作能力的士官作退休安置。具体办法由国务院、中央军事委员会另行规定。法律依据：《中国人民解放军现役士兵服役条例》第四十八条对退出现役的士兵，按照国家有关规定妥善安置。
