| 释义 |
1、申报人准备好身份证、户口本、照片及申报退休的相关材料
2、申请人向所在单位、申报，企业存在的去企业、失业人员去辖区就业局申报
3、企业、就业局向当地人社部门申报
4、合格后、档案转入当地社保局、社保局负责核定待遇
5、等待社保局通知。社保局会通知办卡，按手印。手续都办好以后，次月领取待遇。
退休金计算方法
基础养老金=(全省上年度在岗职工月平均工资×a本人指数化月平均缴费工资)÷2×缴费年限(含视同缴费年限)×1%。个人账户养老金=个人账户储存额÷个人账户养老金计发月数以上两项ab之和为每月领取额。基本养老金每年七月根据全省统一公布的方案实施年度调整。
法律依据：
《国务院关于安置老弱病残干部的暂行办法》和《国务院关于工人退休、退职的暂行办法》所规定的退休年龄，若未出台新政策，则法定退休年龄最新规定也依照此标准。
(一)男年满六十周岁，女年满五十周岁，并且连续工龄满十年的;
(二)男年满五十五周岁、女年满四十五周岁，连续工龄满十年的，从事井下、高空、高温、特别繁重体力劳动或其他有害身体健康的工作;
(三)男年满五十周岁，女年满四十五周岁，连续工龄满十年，由医院证明，并经劳动鉴定委员会确认，完全丧失劳动能力的应当准予退休。
