释义	法律分析：不可以。协议书，只要是双方自愿，意思表示真实，不违反法律法规强制性规定，不违背公序良俗的，一经双方签字就是合法有效的。原则上，不得反悔。如果存在法定情形的，可以向法院申请撤销或主张无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百零六条合同中的下列免责条款无效：(一)造成对方人身损害的二)因故意或者重大过失造成对方财产损失的。第一百四十七条基于重大误解实施的民事法律行为，行为人有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
