释义	法律分析：刑事案件的判决书在判决生效后会送达被告人所在的单位。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于适用的解释》第二百四十七条当庭宣告判决的，应当在五日内送达判决书。定期宣告判决的，应当在宣判前，先期公告宣判的时间和地点，传唤当事人并通知公诉人、法定代理人、辩护人和诉讼代理人；判决宣告后，应当立即送达判决书。判决书应当送达人民检察院、当事人、法定代理人、辩护人、诉讼代理人，并可以送达被告人的近亲属。判决生效后，还应当送达被告人的所在单位或者原户籍地的公安派出所，或者被告单位的注册登记机关。
