释义	封存病历流程：患者治疗结束后，病历资料基本处于已定状态；封存时要求医患双方都在场；病历应当由患方签字、医方加盖公章；病历封存后，封皮贴妥封条，由医方或卫生行政部门保管。法律依据: 《医疗事故处理条例》第八条医疗机构应当按照国务院卫生宽弊罩行政部门规定的要求，书写并妥善保管病历资料。因抢救急危患者，未能及时书写病历的，有关医务人员应卜衫当在抢救结束后6小时内据实补记慎闹，并加以注明。第九条严禁涂改、伪造、隐匿、销毁或者抢夺病历资料。
