释义	法律分析: 复代理是指代理人为了实施代理权限内的全部或部分行为，以自己的名义选定他人担任被代理人的代理人而产生的代理。由代理人选定的代理人称为复代理人，其代理行为产生的法律效果直接归属于被代理人。复代理又称再代理。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百六十五条委托代理授权采用书面形式的，授权委托书应当载明代理人的姓名或者名称、代理事项、权限和期限，并由被代理人签名或者盖章。
