释义	法律分析：企业年金实施后，企业中途不得退出企业年金计划，但企业可以终止缴费或更换企业年金管理机构，原有企业年金仍继续投资运作。法律依据：《企业年金试行办法》第十三条职工变动工作单位时，企业年金个人帐户资金可以随同转移。职工升学、参军、失业期间或新就业单位没有实行企业年金制度的，其企业年金个人帐户可由原管理机构继续管理。第十四条职工或退休人员死亡后，其企业年金个人帐户余额由其指定的受益人或法定继承人一次性领取。
