法律规定门特怎么办理 |

办理门特需要下列条件：
1、办理门特需要符合门诊特殊病种的疾病范畴，主要包括冠心病、高血压三期、糖尿病、肝硬化、恶性肿瘤、肾透析、肾移植术后、帕金森、类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、肝豆状核变性、慢性心力衰竭、慢性肾功能不全、癫痫、丙型肝炎、肝移植术后、造血干细胞移植术后等；
2、门特即门诊特殊疾病，是慢性病患者享有的一种福利。
办门特要什么手续
1、首次申请须在每季度最后一个月15日以前，备齐申报病种的相关病历资料、一张近期1寸免冠照片；
2、初审医院收组织本院医疗专家诊查并初步鉴定；
3、城镇职工基本医疗保险专家委员会进行集中评审；
4、经市专家委员会评审通过的，当月开始享受基本医疗保险特殊病种门诊待遇。

探索适合门诊统筹费用控制机制和结算管理的方式。根据门诊就医和医疗费用支出特点，积极探索总额预付或按人头付费等费用结算办法。充分发挥医疗保险集团购买的优势，采取定服务机构、定服务项目、定考核指标、定结算标准、定支付办法等方式，探索就医、支付、结算一体化的门诊统筹综合管理办法，有效控制门诊医疗费用。
