法律规章出国嫖娼违法么？
释义
国外嫖妓,回到国内是不算犯法的,根据法律的属地原则,发生在我国境内的违法行为才算违反我国的法律,才会接受国内法律的制裁。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》 第六十六条 卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款;情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
