释义	法律分析：医疗纠纷调解的程序如下：1、医疗纠纷或投诉发生后，所在科室负责人应立即向医务科报告；2、因医疗问题所致的纠纷，所在科室应先进行调查，迅速采取积极有效的处理措施，控制事态，争取科内解决，防止矛盾激化，并接待纠纷患者及家属，认真听取患者的意见，针对患者的意见解释有关问题。法律依据：《医疗事故处理条例》第四十八条已确定为医疗事故的，卫生行政部门应医疗事故争议双方当事人请求，可以进行医疗事故赔偿调解。调解时，应当遵循当事人双方自愿原则，并应当依据本条例的规定计算赔偿数额。
