释义	法律分析：不一样的。检察院的起诉书是根据案件情况酌情起诉的，所谓的重与轻不是检察院决定的，而是具体案情决定的，起诉书上不会写建议如何如何判决，判决由法院决定的，检察院可以提出量刑建议。所以量刑和判决书是不一样的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百零二条宣告判决，一律公开进行。当庭宣告判决的，应当在五日以内将判决书送达当事人和提起公诉的人民检察院；定期宣告判决的，应当在宣告后立即将判决书送达当事人和提起公诉的人民检察院。判决书应当同时送达辩护人、诉讼代理人。
