释义	没写日期只是形式要件欠缺，不影响实体部分的，欠条没有约定还款期限,你可以随时进行索要。一般说来，没有写明还款期限的，债权人可以随时主张，诉讼时效从第一次主张之日起三年，一直没有主张的，诉讼时效最长二十年，也就是一张借条，你二十年都没有主张，那就超过诉讼时效，法律不予保护。法律依据《民法典》第一百八十八条
