法律依据：
《拘留所条例实施办法》 第二十九条 拘留所应当根据被拘留人的性别、是否成年以及其他管理的需要，对被拘留人分别拘押和管理。对被现场行政强制措施性质拘留、拘留审查、驱逐出境、遣送出境的人，应当与其他被拘留人分别拘押和管理。对女性被拘留人的直接管理应当由女性民警进行。
