释义	法律分析：劳动合同中没有薪资待遇的约定是无效的。劳动合同没有写明工作内容、薪资待遇、工作时长的，属于无效合同，劳动者可以要求与用人单位在劳动合同中明确约定相关内容，如果用人单位不同意，劳动者可以向劳动监察大队投诉，由劳动监察大队责令改正劳动者造成损失的，应当承担赔偿现任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第十九条劳动合同应当包括有关劳动报酬的条款。故而很多劳动者以及用人单位都据此认为没有约定薪水的劳动合同因不符合此项规定而属无效合同。
