释义	法律客观：《中华人民共和国国家安全法》第八十条公民和组织支持、协助国家安全工作的行为受法律保护。因支持、协助国家安全工作，本人或者其近亲属的人身安全面临危险的，可以向公安机关、国家安全机关请求予以保护。公安机关、国家安全机关应当会同有关部门依法采取保护措施。《中华人民共和国国家安全法》第八十一条公民和组织因支持、协助国家安全工作导致财产损失的，按照国家有关规定给予补偿；造成人身伤害或者死亡的，按照国家有关规定给予抚恤优待。
