实习期间需要签劳动合同吗

法律分析：实习期也是需要签劳动合同的。试用期不签订劳动合同，应支付劳动者双倍工资。劳动合同仅约定试用期或者劳动合同期限与试用期相同的，试用期不成立，该期限为劳动合同期限。同一用人单位与同一劳动者只能约定一次试用期。
如果是毕业生毕业之前的那种实习，一般需要签订实习协议，这不同于劳动合同;如果是毕业之后找打工作单位的，一般就不是实习了，而成为试用期，根据劳动合同法的规定，这种情况下，用人单位必须在劳动者入职后一个月内与劳动者签订书面劳动合同。
