释义	滥用公司法人格的行为有：一是负担竞业禁止等合同上不作为义务的主体，设立由自己支配的公司，并由该公司实施此类行为。二是股东设立公司后抽逃出资或通过其他方式榨取公司财产致使合同债权人的债权无法从公司获得满足。三是股东与公司在合同债权人看来浑然一体，难以区别等。风险提示：对于公司而言，在公司章程中对法定代表人代表权作出限制是防止其滥用权利的最主要方式。公司应当充分利用章程的自治权明确规定法定代表人权限范围。另外，可以通过董事会或股东会对法定代表人的行为进行约束。法律依据《公司法》第二十条
