释义	诚实信用原则，是指法院、当事人以及其他诉讼参与人在经济民事诉讼活动中必须公正、诚实和善意。诚信原则在司法领域尤其是在民法债权理论中被视为“帝王条款”、“最高行为准则”。无效合同，是指合同虽然已经成立，但因其严重欠缺有效要件，在法律上不按当事人之间的合意赋予其法律效力。违反诚实信用原则不一定导致合同无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
