工作不管是多少时间都不会视为签订劳动合同;
根据《劳动合同法》第十条规定:
公司应在员工入职起一个月内与员工签订书面劳动合同,并且在签订合同时约定试用期。
若没有签订书面劳动合同,应从第二个月起支付员工双倍工资。
