释义	法律分析: 外国人的重婚罪的规定是触犯我国刑法规定，依然是需要按照我国刑法中258条的规定，判处两年以下的有期徒刑，有配偶又与他人结婚或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的行为。所谓有配偶，是指男人有妻、女人有夫，而且这种夫妻关系未经法律程序解除尚在存续的，即为有配偶的人;如果夫妻关系已经解除，或者因配偶一方死亡夫妻关系自然消失，即不再是有配偶的人。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的,或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处2年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
