释义	法律分析: 结婚登记是要用身份证和户口簿的，不存在虚报的情形。若是存在此种情形，属于未到法定婚龄的情形，婚姻无效。对于婚姻无效的，双方自始就没有确定夫妻关系，不认为是夫妻。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。《婚姻登记条例》第七条婚姻登记机关应当对结婚登记当事人出具的证件、证明材料进行审查并询问相关情况。
